folder.
2.
Then go to common/ai.
3.
Backup the folder ai,
4.
Copy the file
"civlian.qvm"[ctrl + c] and paste it [ctrl + v] in that same folder.
5.
Rename that copied file into
the names of enemy's files like guard/ gunner/
radioguard/ rpg/ etc.
6.
Then start the game.
7.
Then enemy's will not shout
you or kill you, if they see you than they will run away
